Battling/Leveling/Evolutions
Battles are pretty clear cut. You take turns, deciding at the beginning of the battle who goes first, from their you will alternate who commands their pokemon first. So if Trainer A commanded his pokemon first on the first turn, Trainer B will be first on the second turn and so on.
Pokemon are allowed to use any move they learned up to their level. Every pokemon is also allowed to have 5 tms and 5 move tutor moves taught to them.
Pokemon are allowed two moves per turn. After that you get 3 dodges per pokemon, which are to be used, discreetly. [Meaning; don't use them all in the first few turns.] Typing matters and if you don't know what is effective against one thing or what isn't effective against another, check this table. Natures are not pulled into battle situations and neither are held items.
When you defeat a trainer's pokemon, you gain 3 levels if the pokemon was 3 or more levels above your pokemon's level. You gain 2 if it was equal or less than your pokemon's level, but if the pokemon is more than 3 levels below your pokemon's level, you only gain 1.
Leveling is pretty clean as well. Pokemon that evolve by leveling up, will evolve normally; like in the pokemon games. We did need to remedy evolutions that happen because of trades, items/conditional evolution or happiness.
Pokemon that need to evolve by trade, such as Kadabra into Alakazam, will evolve after 7 levels. So if you have a Abra that evolves into a Kadabra at level 16, at level 23 that same Kadabra will be able to evolve into Alakazam. Now, if you trade said Kadabra over to another trainer before the 7 levels are achieved, the pokemon will still evolve into Alakazam. We just give the option of 7 levels so there are not trades back and forth. If you are planning on keeping the Kadabra, please go through the 7 levels option.
Pokemon that evolve by stone or conditional evolutions, pertinent mostly to all the eeveelutions, will need the stone or item to evolve.
Pokemon that evolve by happiness, which includes all baby pokemon and a few other second and third evolution pokemon, will evolve 12 levels after being either obtained by the trainer or from when they reached the prior evolutionary stage.

Breeding
Breeding pokemon must be approved by both parties. You can find a record here in the Breeding Records. All breeding attempts must be approved and viable in the pokemon universe. Which means both parties must share an egg group.
Only one pokemon egg will be developed by each breeding request. Egg moves are allowed, but one of the parents must know the move for the offspring to gain it. An egg will hatch after 15 roleplaying posts, except for rare pokemon[which are found in a list on the breeding guide], those eggs will hatch after 20 roleplaying posts. Keep in mind, the egg must be mentioned in the post for it to count. Pokemon will always be in the lowest evolutionary stage possible. [ex. female Snorlax that breed will always make a Munchlax]
