LOGAN GILMORE | because i'm free i deserve everything i can get i'm american, i'm american |
BIOGRAPHY Logan was born the youngest child, and the only girl, to the Gilmore family in Camphrier Town. The actual pregnancy wasn’t a surprise in the slightest; they had the room and the resources for a third child, but after two boys, they’d been expecting another and were pleasantly surprised to find out that their final little one was going to be a girl. She was born in the springtime, with a solid three year gap between her and the youngest son, and so her spot as the baby of the family was more than firmly cemented. With Logan now born, after an uneventful pregnancy, the roles were set and everyone settled into life together. Her father wasn’t home nearly as often as he would have liked, having a job in the city nearby, but he made sure to spend time with all of his children, especially his baby girl. Even so, with all his effort, Logan was a bit closer to her mother than her father, and spent most of her younger years attached to her mother’s hip. She always was a quiet child, much more timid than her brothers, who were both louder and more rambunction children. Their favorite hobby was talking about how they were going to be great trainers when they were older, and how they were totally going to be gym leaders one day. Logan’s favorite hobby was hiding from them because it scared her. This mostly entailed hiding behind her mother’s legs until she was too big to do so, and hanging out in their kitchen and helping her bake things when she outgrew her previous hiding place. Logan loved food. Cooking and baking were both fun, and took her mind off of the havoc her brothers could sometimes create, but she loved pokemon more. She just wasn’t too big on fighting them all the time. So her father took her into the city with him, taking a few days off to get them a place to stay. There had to be something Logan could do that would have her involved with pokemon without the specific intent of having to battle all the time. But it turned out that his daughter just didn’t have a penchant for being in the limelight. It wasn’t even a case of stage fright. More disinterest combined with some degree of discomfort, and so they let the subject drop. She would find her own way. The rest of her childhood, and part of her teen years, were spent hanging around town with a small group of friends. They were all close in age, no more than a few months apart, and while they became friends due to proximity and age, they all grew fairly close because they all loved the same things. But there were some differences. There is always differences. They all loved pokemon, but they wanted to do different things with them, and as they grew older, the differences became more apparent. One of the friends, the appointed leader of the group and the one that could be described as the most extroverted, wanted to go to Kimori. The second, the first’s partner in crime, wanted to go to Essan. The final friend said that if she had to chose, she would to Kichiyo, but she wasn't really feeling it. For a while, the four of them put off leaving home entirely, unwilling to leave their friends behind and not looking forward to the idea of making new ones after years of having the same set, but eventually, they gave in. The idea of splitting up was hard, but if they didn’t make a move soon, doing something with their futures was going to get harder and harder. Logan spent most of the time panicking. She still didn’t know what she was going to do with herself, until the final friend suggested that instead of going to school, the two of them could just travel together and learn from experience instead of learning in a classroom with books and things. The idea of a hands-on, choose your own adventure type of education sounded exciting. Terrifying, yes, but exciting all the same. She'd have to get over her fears anyway. If it didn’t work out...well, she could always go home and do something with her culinary skills. They brought it up with their friends and families, and while Logan was met with mixed reviews from her family-could she really do that? would she end up chickening out and leaving Sadie in the dust while she ran back home?-they only recieved support from their friends. They could do whatever they wanted, as long as they promised to stay in touch. They went their separate ways, Logan and her close friend, Sadie, the only two who had decided to do something else. There had been an invitation from some region Logan had never heard of for people of all kinds to come and see it for themselves, and it looked like the best place to start. They knew enough about the region they called home all their lives. It was time for something different. They promised to stay in contact with friends and family, registered as trainers, and set off for new, unfamiliar territory. | STARTER blitzle AGE seventeen GENDER female SEXUALITY bisexual TRAINER CLASS breeder PLAYED BY shockpop |
